Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Greet and assist visitors and callers professionally
  • Manage meeting room setup and serve guests
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and storage areas
  • Track drinking water usage.
  • Manage courier services and follow up with payment
  • Monitor company car usage and related expenses (fuel, tolls, driver OT)
  • Responsible for internal flight ticket booking
  • Assist with office decorations (e.g., Christmas, Tết)
  • Coordinate for stationery delivery
  • Provide general administrative support as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
