Chi Tiết Công Việc

Market and Site Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, demographic data and competitors to help in analyzing potential markets and locations.
Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings and support the coordination of project activities, timelines, and documentation.
Contract Review and Analysis: Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents as well as summarize key terms and conditions for review.
Document Preparation & Management: Draft and format letters, memos, and other legal documents and maintain accurate records and files related to store development projects, including contracts, plans, and reports.
Prepare for Internal Approval Submission: Assist in compiling necessary documents, analysis, and presentations required for internal approval processes related to new store development and site acquisitions.
Support the direct reporting manager in other duties and special projects as assigned.

About to graduate or recently graduated from a university, pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
