Mô tả công việc:

We are establishing an R&D laboratory — the ultimate hub to support all PLH NPDs, from F&B to FMCG. This project will lay the cornerstone for our company's capabilities, accelerating incremental growth and strengthening our brand equity both nationally and internationally.

  • Build up ingredient libraries – physical & digital
  • Preparing samples, conducting testing, analysis results and reporting
  • Update SOP of lab equipment
  • Assist R&D teams with product development

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Background in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • Fluent spoken and written English for international collaboration and reporting.
  • Passion for food & beverage innovation, especially tea and FMCG products.
  • Basic lab skills (e.g., pipetting, sample prep) and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and teamwork mindset.
