Chi Tiết Công Việc

Perform 2D dimensional inspection and visual inspection according to drawings, specifications, and applicable acceptance criteria.
Perform in-process, final, and First Off / Last Off inspections when required.
Verify product conformity against drawings, specifications, and applicable instructions.
Prepare and complete inspection reports and related quality records accurately and on time.
Identify and report nonconforming products or process deviations, and ensure nonconforming or suspect parts are properly identified, segregated, and placed on hold when required.
Stop the use or acceptance of suspect or nonconforming products when required and escalate the issue to the QA Manager.
Verify traceability information and required quality records.
Use measuring equipment correctly and verify calibration / verification status before use.
Request clarification when drawings, specifications, or requirements are unclear.
Support re-inspection and verification after correction or rework.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support inspection activities, resolve quality issues, and ensure effective communication of product conformity requirements.
Follow applicable procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, and quality requirements.
Work in a controlled manufacturing environment with strong quality requirements.
Support quality improvement initiatives by identifying issues and suggesting practical improvements.

Technical diploma in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, quality control, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control, manufacturing inspection, or a related manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured parts.
Ability to read technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and inspection requirements.
Ability to use measuring tools and precision inspection equipment.
Knowledge of quality management system principles and ability to work in accordance with documented procedures, inspection standards, and controlled processes.
Problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Vietnamese language skills are required, with good written and verbal communication skills in English or French.
Knowledge of NDT methods is an advantage.
Experience in an aluminium manufacturing, forming, machining, or welding environment is an advantage.

Salary: 12 - 14 million VND/month (Negotiable during interview).
