Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Ensure that all manufactured products meet customer specifications, international standards, and internal quality requirements, from raw material inspection to final delivery.
  • Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
  • Prepare and update quality documentation: procedures, ITPs, inspection methods.
  • Review customer technical specifications and quality requirements.
  • Manage non-conformities and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure full traceability of materials and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits (clients, third parties).
  • Evaluate and monitor suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control (QC)
  • Perform incoming material inspection (MTC, certificates EN 10204 3.1).
  • Conduct dimensional inspections (calipers, micrometers, CMM if applicable).
  • Supervise NDT activities (UT, PT, MT, RT when required).
  • Control welding activities (WPS, WPQR, welder qualifications).
  • Inspect mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Perform final inspections and FAT with clients.
  • Prepare inspection reports and quality dossiers (Data Book).

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality.
  • 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within mechanical manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (GD&T is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of machining, welding, and assembly processes.
  • Familiar with international standards (ISO, EN, ASTM, ASME).
  • Proficient in measurement tools and inspection techniques.
  • English: professional working proficiency (mandatory).
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and hands-on mindset.
  • PREFERRED PROFILE
  • Experience working with international customers (Europe, Japan, USA).
  • Knowledge of NDT methods or certifications.
  • Experience in industrial equipment / special machinery environment.
