Mô tả công việc:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure high-quality materials and timely deliveries.
- Compare and assess supplier quotations to select the most cost-effective and beneficial options.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms in line with the company’s budget and procurement policies.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Review and verify the quality of goods received, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards.
- Enter and manage purchasing data (vendors, quantities, pricing, delivery details) accurately in internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement and supplier performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and savings achieved.
- Follow internal purchasing requests (PR) and place orders accordingly.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and timely supply of materials for the production line.
- Stay informed of market trends and supply chain developments to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Yêu cầu công việc:
University degree in a relevant major (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields).
Minimum of 3years’ experience in Purchasing or Sourcing; experience in the Printing or Packaging industry is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking,high sense of responsibility, accuracy, and time management
Good command of English (reading, writing, and verbal communication); Chinese is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
