Mô tả công việc:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours
- Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings with clients
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- At least 2 year experience in IT project
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Keep a high teamwork spirit
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
