Chi Tiết Công Việc

Obtaining the original sample, artwork, necessary specification from salesman for local projects.
Utilizing Smartsheet (Dynamic System) for checking product specification, artwork and related information for global project (nominated brand).
Studying the artworks or original samples (of have) and determined the corresponding printing technology for these.
Doing quotations on new development internally capable manufacture item as required.
Follow up with internal production team for sure the sample lead time.
Provide approval on the proof print samples in-house and make the business trips to supplier manufacturer to do a approval dicrectly there.
Conducted upload the new final specification of the approved item on the general system (Odoo System), combine following and updating the changed spec if necessary.
Saving the loose sample and provide sample card for relevant department.
Constantly update sample status as well as specific information into the internal recording file.
Prepare and release the internal reports (Testing report, weekly report,…)
Prepare PR for new material buying requirements.

Education background : Graduated from College or University
Knowledge : understanding of trim products
Professional experience : At least 2years experience on Garment/Textile industry for this position
Skills : Communication, computer skill
Langauges : Speak English
Character : Active, friendly, truthful, well organized
