Mô tả công việc:
- Upload and regularly update all logistics tariffs, including: Trucking, Handling in/out and related surcharges HCM. (Daily)
- Request information and upload tariffs for partners/ units such as STO FAC/ Direct to Dealer.
- Check and close system payments on time.
- Calculate and collect extra cost (both inside and outside of the system).
- Prepare monthly billing for logistics-related charges, including: Tractor charges, Container charges, Detention fees, Loading/Unloading fees for porters.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Colleges/ University graduate with relevant majors (Logistics, economics, Import-export ..).
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Working experience in Logistics company (Logistics Dept) is preferred
- Able to work independently and able to multi-task.
- Possess well communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, data management).
- Careful, detail-oriented, and strong in numerical control.
- Basic English reading skills for invoices and logistics terminology.
