Mô tả công việc:
Responsible for commercial support (sales function):
- Handling customer inquiries & complaints.
- RFQ (Tender) Management & on-line bidding if required.
- Ad hoc quotation handling.
- Contract renewal.
- Acting as a key customer contact for pricing & coordinate with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders for the scheduling & shipping if needed.
- Assist with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders to smoothen the operation if needed.
- Monthly sales (revenue) report preparation.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of international trade, transportation & the relevant laws, regulations, process & procedures;
- Proficiency in Mandarin (4 skills)
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2 years of working experience in the logistics industry with an operational background
- Those who also have experience in sales admin/key account will be highly considered first
Key outcomes:
- Complete customers’ inquiries timely & accurately
- Provide high-quality service to the clients & whilst keeping a reasonable relationship with them.
