Pmc Specialist

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Create and update the production plan based on customer orders and forecasts. Schedule PCBA production orders to meet customer delivery timelines. Monitor and adjust plans based on real-time production capacity and material availability.

• Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Work with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials Follow up on shortages and expedite materials as needed.

• Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels for PCBA materials and components. Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage incoming materials and WIP (Work In Progress). Minimize excess stock and obsolescence risks.

• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with production, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Communicate with suppliers or purchasing on delivery delays and material issues. Report daily production status and material readiness to management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.

• Can communicate well in English (Chinese is a plus)

• 1-3 years of experience in PMC/Production Control (in PCBA industry is a plus)

• Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and BOM structures.

• Proficiency in using SAP systems or similar.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.
