Mô tả công việc:
1. Develop and update regulations and working procedures to manage insurance agents in compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies
2. TRAIN and manage insurance agents, being a trainer
3. Execute and manage contracts with insurance agents
4. Monitor and supervise the quality of insurance agents' activities
5. Prepare and manage reports related to insurance agents
6. Serve as the focal point for coordination with distribution partners
7. Manage website content and oversee the development of the company’s e-commerce platform
8. Organize and manage internal training activities for company staff
Yêu cầu công việc:
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Must have experience in training is required.
• Proficient knowledge of insurance industry practices.
• Fluency in Chinese or English is essential; proficiency in both is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Laws, Finance or Education major.
• Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and Powerpoint.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
