Planner

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Schedule Planner specializing in flexible packaging operations. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate production schedules, optimize resources, and ensure timely delivery of products. Proficiency in English, strong Excel skills, and an understanding of ERP, MES, and APS systems are essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list down at least 4)

Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

Analyze production specifications and capacity data to determine optimal manufacturing processes and resources.

Regularly collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize efficiency.

Use ERP, MES, and APS systems to manage workflow, monitor real-time production progress, and ensure data accuracy.

Monitor and communicate for the Raw material supply chain situation to do proactive action.

Create and maintain comprehensive reports using Excel, identifying trends and forecasting potential scheduling issues.

Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within flexible packaging or manufacturing industries.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably within flexible packaging or manufacturing industries.

· Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

REQUIREDSKILLS

· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (skills will be tested during interview).
