Operations Supervisor (Logistics / Forwarding)

Operation Assistant Manager:

• Assist management in overseeing projects and goods flow

• Support the manager in contacting suppliers (shipping lines, transportation units, forwarders, etc.) to prepare quotations as requested by customers

• Support the manager in setting up new projects, business

• Support the manager in resolving issues arising in daily operations.

• Act on behalf of manager to handle tasks and communicate with Branch manager, operation staff members, and partners when authorized

• Handling other tasks assigned by Operation Manager/ Branch Manager

Shipments handling:

• Handle import-export air/ sea shipments and Transportation projects

• Issue debit/invoice to customers/agents and payment for service providers/liners.

• Follow up shipments with customer requirements. Deal with complaints, claims…

• Handle incident management and customer’s inquiries, complaints, claims follow up.

• Working closely with accounting to deal with related issues

• Handling other tasks assigned by Operation Manager/ Branch Manager

• Gender: Female

• Middle~High English Skill (Can speak Normal Topic and Own opinion clearly, and can control business matter)

• Experience more than 5 years (Experience in Freight Forwarding Company is an advantage)

• Planning skills, dynamic style, hard work, long-term commitment to the company
