NPI Engineer (Molding, ID 21169)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for NPI Engineer (Molding, $1000, ID 21169):

• Communicate customer design requirements to the product design team and coordinate during the development stage to ensure designs meet standards and Kaizen improvement targets.
• Create tool layouts and work with suppliers on mold design for injection molding projects.
• Participate in mold design reviews and trial runs to verify mold structure, process settings, product dimensions, and appearance quality.
• Support product assembly validation and coordinate with the Lab team for testing and product improvement activities.
• Provide necessary technical data and documentation to support PPAP processes.
• Work closely with tooling and manufacturing teams to improve fixtures and optimize product performance.
• Cooperate with global PD teams to ensure customer requirements and project milestones are achieved.
• Create and maintain product design standards and support continuous improvement activities within the plant.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, environmental standards, and workplace safety regulations.

• Male/Female, under 32 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies, preferably in automotive or automation industries.
• Mandatory experience related to injection molding tooling.
• Fluent in English.
