Mô tả công việc:
- Manage the overall merchandising operations from development to shipment.
- Act as the key liaison between buyers, suppliers, production, and internal teams.
- Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and customer demands to develop effective merchandising strategies.Monitor order status and ensure timely sample development, approvals, and bulk production.Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all production and delivery timelines are met according to buyer requirements.
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure product quality meets standards.
- Manage a team of merchandisers; assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide training or coaching as needed.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on order status, KPIs, and any production risks.
- Ensure all documentation (POs, invoices, shipping docs) is accurate and submitted on time.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 year experience in related role
-Hard working, able for overtime
