Nhân Viên Thu Mua (Agricultural Products Researcher – Hồ Chí Minh)

• Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers of cassava, sweet potatoes, and other plant-based ingredients across Vietnam.
• Conduct frequent field visits to provinces to evaluate suppliers, inspect farms, and assess crop quality.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and procurement terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply stability.
• Monitor market trends, seasonal availability, and price fluctuations of key agricultural products.
• Ensure suppliers comply with company quality standards and delivery requirements.
• Work closely with logistics teams to coordinate transportation and timely delivery of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and production, to align sourcing strategies with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2years of experience in agricultural procurement, supply chain, or sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s agricultural supply chain and local farming networks.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas and provinces to meet suppliers and inspect farms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
