Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Work with foreign customers, distributors/shippersregarding documentation and related issues.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines on documentation and related issues (e.g., checking options for storing goods at the warehouse/port when the current warehouse lacks sufficient capacity).
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments of customer companies to obtain declaration information, documents, tax payments (push for early payment for urgent shipments), delivery plans, and other related issues.
  • Work with customs declaration staff at AA office to exchange relevant information and documents, and update customers (If any)
  • Coordinate with the customer's warehouse department to arrange delivery plans to the warehouse on schedule.
  • Update and send relevant reports to customers.
  • Collect and store scanned and hardcopy files as per customer regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or customers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business & Logistics, Logistics & Supply Chain, or other related fields.
  • Languages: English (reading and writing skills from good to excellent; strong speaking skills).
  • Experience: At least 1 years of experience in a similar position within the Logistics field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Good excel, power BI is a plus, powerpoint, fluent English ( prefer interview in English)
  • Expertise: FTA understanding (at basic level, not require expert), logistics (import). Good understanding of documentation sets and relevant legal regulations.
