Merchandiser / Export-Coordinator

1. Job Description:

- You will handle an order from beginning to end. The assigned customer accounts from quotation stage, via the purchase order, shipment, payment till you received feedback about the goods.

- for a seamless in-house process you will coordinate with our production, quality control, labeling and warehouse team.

- Externally, besides the customers, you will be working with inspection companies and the logistic providers to check the quality, book containers and arrange shipments.

- Preparing and or check all shipping documentation (Commercial invoice, Packing list, etc. BL, fumigation certificate etc).

- Working directly with internal teams on enquiries including quality claims from customers.

- Follow up all requests for samples and new developments.

- Other customer account management tasks by specific requests from customers.

2. Requirements:

- Detail-orientation is a must. You need to love numbers and accuracy.

- Experience in the pottery / funiture industry is a plus.

- Sense of customer service.

- Fluently in English (in both writing and speacking) is a must.

- Other languages including French, Italian, German is a plus.

- Typing with 10 fingers and good knowing of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
