Chi Tiết Công Việc

Research trends and marketing insights in Vietnam relevant to the company’s business.
Execute marketing strategies under the direction of the Director.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Suggest creative ideas and collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials.
Write content (copywriting) for campaigns and promotional materials.
Plan and implement both online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, ads, events, and content strategy.
Operate and optimize ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Collaborate with other departments to execute marketing activities and events at SkyL.

At least 5 years of experience at a professional marketing agency or a well-established company with a strong marketing focus.
Strong interest in culture, entertainment, or the F&B industry.
Fluent in Vietnamese (native level) and proficient in English or Korean.
Solid ability to plan marketing projects and campaigns.
Skilled in content creation and copywriting.
Proficient in productivity tools such as Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Keynote, etc.

Salary: up to 20M VND (depending on level and experience) + Service Charge + Incentive.
6 working days/week (off on Sundays).
12 paid leave days/year.
13th-month bonus annually.
Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance follow the Vietnamese Labor Law.
