Mô tả công việc:
- Execute weekly MKT activities in coordination with PMVN team
- Implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Coordinate KOL/influencer collaborations and track performance
- Support planning and execution of marketing events and activations
- Create marketing materials (briefs, content calendars, reports)
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with design team on creative assets production
- Manage customer service communications and community engagement
- Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics
- Support e-commerce marketing activities (promotions, ads)
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Vietnam social media landscape
- Experience with social media management tools
- Experience in KOL/influencer marketing coordination
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Creative thinking and content creation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency for PMVN coordination
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for art toys, collectibles
