Conduct in-depth market research (primary & secondary research: surveys, interviews, competitor analysis) to capture trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Analyze data and prepare market research reports, providing actionable customer insights based on data-driven findings.
Monitor developer activities, pricing movements, transactions, and market trends to support forecasting.
Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored research solutions.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

2–3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or consulting, preferably within the real estate industry.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (storyboarding, data visualization, slide design).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and present real estate market data clearly.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely and persuasively.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
