Logistics Coordinator With Customs Declaration Certificate

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinators with Custom Declaration Certificate to oversee Logistics and Shipping activities of nonded warehouse and Nor al warehouse in LocTein by ensuring regular communications and follow-up.

The Logistics responsibilities includes maintaining positive client relations, evaluating clearing and forwarding quotations, approving quotations, and maintaining accurate records for all the transactions for imports and exports.

Responsibilities Logistics:

• Prepare the Export – Import Documents according to the regulation of Bonded warehouse in Vietnam.

• Carry out customs declaration of goods imported and exported from bonded warehouses on Ecus_KNQ and VASSCM software.

• Coordinate with departments and Loc Tien partners to monitor, manage and report data on imported and exported goods in bonded warehouses.

• Directly work with Customs authorities on procedures, documents, supervision, inspection and reporting.

• Negotiating Contracts with forwarders, shipping lines, logistics supply chain participant.

• Timely deliverability on logistics and shipments.

• Negotiations and discussions with statutory departments.

• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

• Prepare Exports and Imports documents and ensure correctness.

• Coordination with clients to get approval on shipping documents in timely manner.

Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Graduation or Post graduation

• Degree in Logistics, International trade, Supply chain management, Business management, or similar field preferred

• Have a valid Customs declaration certificate issued by the General Department of Customs

• Have Experience declaring on Ecus_KNQ software, VASSCM software and Thai Son software.

• Good communication skills

• Good health and be able to withstand work pressure.

• Attention to details, ability to multi-task and work under precise timelines

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience as a Logistics / Shipping Coordinator.

• working for Import-Export Company. If agriculture commodities experience preferred.

• Working in boned warehouse.
