Mô tả công việc:

  • Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of leasing targets and support portfolio growth.
  • Prepare lease proposals, negotiate lease terms, and finalize lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, business associations (e.g., Chambers of Commerce), government agencies, and other industry stakeholders—expanding direct networking channels to increase the volume of direct contracts through exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure a seamless tenant onboarding process, efficient transitions, and prompt resolution of lease-related issues.
  • Participate in property inspections and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and other networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of leasing processes, policies, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and present regular leasing reports and performance analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Actively participate in team meetings by providing relevant updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate leasing data and records within the Yardi system.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Academic level: College and above
  • Major: Business, real estate, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: English & Chinese
  • Computer: Proficient in the use of MS office applications, and CRM system. Yardi proficiency is a plus.
  • Expertise: Have experience in leasing of Business Park, industrial and office spaces will be preferred.
  • Experience:
  1. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in commercial or industrial real-estate leasing.
  2. Proven success in meeting and exceeding leasing targets.
  • Skill:
  1. Team player who has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  2. Strong understanding of leasing processes, contract negotiation, and property management.
  • Ability:
  1. Capture work quickly, manage, organize and implement scientific and optimal work.
  2. Self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail, with the ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines.
  3. Sensitivity, initiative, and high sense of responsibility at work.
  4. Inspiring and positive thinking.
  5. Withstand high work pressure.
