Mô tả công việc:
- Welcome guests visiting and using services at SkyL.
- Advise individual customers and tour groups on purchasing entrance tickets and introduce the amenities of SkyL.
- Receive guest inquiries directly and through the fanpage.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during work.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide a thoughtful and professional service to customers.
- Process customer payments.
- Manage expenses and revenue during the shift.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Age: 18-25 years old
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and situational handling skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule.
- Willingness to learn, proactive in work.
- High sense of responsibility, dedication, and discipline in work.
- Pleasant appearance.
- Good communication skills, no speech impediments, no strong regional accent.
- Korean language skills are an advantage.
- Proficient in conversational English (mandatory).
- Ability to handle stress well.
Quyền lợi được hưởng:
- Basic salary: 6,000,000 - 7,000,000 VND + bonus + tips + service charge (2-month probation period with 85% of the salary)
- Full Insurance Coverage.
- Annual 13th Month Bonus.
- Meal allowance during shifts (40k VND per shift).
- Bonus (500k VND) for full attendance without violations.
- Triple salary for working on holidays.
- 1 day off per week + 12 annual leaves per year.
