Chi Tiết Công Việc

Responsible for controlling and accounting for all data from detailed to general levels, and for all accounting functions of the company in accordance with regulations and accounting standards.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing regular reconciliations with domestic and international suppliers and customers.
Review and prepare VAT, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, along with other required reports.
Track and manage inventory, raw materials, finished goods, tools and equipment (T&E), fixed assets, depreciation, etc., for accounting purposes.
Prepare financial and management reports on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis for the Board of Directors, including P&L statement, cash flow, and forecasting.
Coordinate with other departments (production, import-export, logistics, etc.) to ensure the accuracy of accounting information flow.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in a manufacturing company or one with import-export operations.
A solid understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulations related to export-oriented businesses.
Analytical skills: The ability to analyze and compare data to detect errors and provide accurate assessments of the company's financial situation.
Carefulness and integrity.
Proficiency in accounting software (FAST, ODOO, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in English.
