Job requirement:

• Handling Account Receivable, Account Payable & Account Cash.
• Responsible for doing Revenue & all related reporting.
• Assist and report to General Accountant/Deputy Finance Manager/Finance Manager as requirement.

Account Revenue:

• Follow-up customer’s contract.
• Doing revenue and other relevant report.

Account Receivable

• Issuing and sending invoice, pro-forma invoice to customer.
• Processing daily bank statements, update accounts receivable ledger.
• Handling customer - receivable reports.

Account Payable

• Checking all invoices, relevant documents & setting invoices up for payment.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Sorting, filing documents, corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries.

Cash controlling

• Preparing Cash on Hand & Cash at Bank statements.
• Dealing & Balance reconciliation with Banks.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist in month end closing.
• Other tasks assigned by GA/Dy FM /FM.

Knowledge

· Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent.

· Knowledge of Vietnam accounting, tax law.

Skill

· Good at MS Offices (familiar & excellent in Excel);familiar with using Accounting software (able to use FAST is an advantage)

· Good Speaking and writing English

· Good interpersonal, communication skills.

· Possess a can-do attitude

Experience:

· Minimum 1 years of experience with the same position or equivalent

· Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic.

Age:
