Junior Finance Analyst (Bình Dương)

We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to support the finance team in cost analysis and assist with financial tasks related to various projects. The candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to assist in financial reporting, cost tracking, and project-related financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost analysis, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports to the Finance Manager.

• Support financial tasks for projects, including cost tracking, evaluating cost efficiency, and ensuring project expenses stay within budget.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses related to costs.

• Perform basic accounting and financial tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

• Support the budget planning process for projects and monitor budget compliance.

• Coordinate with other departments to gather cost-related data and financial information.

• Perform other tasks as required by the Finance Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

• 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial support roles.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and financial software.

• Good communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.

• Strong problem-solving skills and time management abilities.

• Previous experience in project finance is a plus.
