Japanese/Korean Production Merchandiser- Garment (Quản Lý Sản Xuất May Mặc – Tiếng Nhật/ Tiếng Hàn)

- Responsible for management of production cycle.

- Manage time and action calendars.

- Strong knowledge of fabrics, finishing and garment construction for knit.

- Create and maintain delivery reports for weekly cross functional production meeting.

- Manage product testing results by working with third party quality assurance companies. Work with manufactures and mills to seek immediate resolution in the event of failures and sub-quality results.

- Responsible for seasonal mill allocations and capacity planning.

- Responsible for the management and updating of product costing documents.

- Provide visibility to buy dates and pre-production lead times.

- Maintain close working relationships with cross divisional partners in customer, product development, merchandising, technical design and global supplier.

- Language: Japanese or Korean are required

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Having at least 5 years or more of garment merchandising experiences.

- Having working experience with UNIQLO brand is a strong plus

- Exceptionally strong problem-solving and negotiating skills with factories and material suppliers

- Experience working in a Japanese/Korean company is preferred.

- Proficient in Word, Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint, Outlook

**Working Hour:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:30

Lunch time: 11:30 – 12:30
