ROLE OBJECTIVE: The Investment Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities, including developing new product lines, establishing joint ventures (JV), and building strategic partnerships. This role serves as a key bridge between Strategy, Investment, and Business Development, driving initiatives from concept to execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investment Sourcing & Market Analysis: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, new business models, and market trends. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Financial & Investment Analysis: Build and maintain financial models (IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis). Conduct feasibility studies and assess investment performance.
Deal Structuring & Execution: Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts. Structure investment deals, including JV, SPV, and strategic partnerships.
Project Development & Implementation: Lead or support project incubation from concept to execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation.
Strategic Support: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to BOD/CEO. Support corporate strategy initiatives and business expansion plans.

Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in investment, consulting, corporate finance, or project development.
Skills & Competencies: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Business mindset with strong execution capability. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
