Research & Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and key messages for diverse events (Grand Openings, Galas, Conferences).
Social Media & Web Management: Administer and update content across all company digital channels (Fanpage, Website, LinkedIn).
Content Creation: Craft engaging communication posts and presentation content (PowerPoint/Canva) to elevate brand presence.
On-site Support: Assist in supervising installations and coordinating event functional teams (Guest Reception, Logistics, Stage Support).
Lead Generation & Sourcing: Support in identifying potential clients and coordinating with suppliers/contractors.
Media & Reporting: Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage and collect engagement data for final project reports.

Education: Current students or fresh graduates in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management.
Skills: Strong creative writing, "trend-catching" ability, and proficiency in MS Office.
Soft Skills: Effective negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to work under high pressure.
Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to dive into the event "battlefield".

Hands-on Experience: Real-world training in large-scale events and brand building.
