Chi Tiết Công Việc

Develop seasonal recruitment plan or according to requirements.
Propose training plans, implement training plans when needed.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Resolve legal issues in recruitment.
Drafting documents and correspondence: confirmation letter, rejection letter, offer letter... in accordance with the order and regulations of the Company.
Disseminate internal rules and regulations of the company to new employees.
Support drills, training, training courses on safety and professionalism for all crew members on board.
Answer questions from employees related to salary, bonus, processes and regulations of companies.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Handling disputes arising in labor relations.

Speak English fluently. Proficiency in Cambodian language would be an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Strong team building abilities.
Office PC knowledge: Word, Excel...
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Good knowledge of labor legislation.
Fluent in interpreting and implementing companies and work rules.
Effective planner and organizer.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
