- Source and identify potential candidates on various online platforms (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Social Media, etc.).
- Support the recruitment team in organizing and scheduling interviews.
- Support the recruitment team in coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Third-year or final-year students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Experience with recruitment websites is a plus
- Proficient in English is required.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
