Mô tả công việc:

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in salary calculation, deductions, overtime, and leave records, Time-Attendance, Bonus/Incentive.
  • Ensure timely submission of PIT (Personal Income Tax), social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documents (contracts, letters, etc.).
  • Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and performance-related pay processes.
  • Coordinate and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, insurance, tax, and

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3years of HR experience, with some supervisory or team lead responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good command of english is needed.
