[Hcm] Factory Automation Service Engineer - Executive

Technical support for customers of FA products, provide training, repair, field service. Make demo kit and document of the training. Especially, Factory Automation Robot engineer.

• Provide technical support to customer in Viet Nam

• Location at Mitsubishi Electric Viet Nam – HCM Office

• Manage customer’s claims/investigations related to the product understanding and service/product satisfaction

• Monitor customer feedback for improvement of our product.

• Analyze reports, and monitor/develop new areas for improvement of our

service.

• Provide training for customers of our FA products.

• Consult the best products and systems for customer’s specific application

requirement.

• Timely report to Management on resources and quality issues.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:• University graduated in major Engineering.

• Age: 25 to 32 years old

• Gender: Male

• 2 years or more work experience for factory automation field, especially for Robot. No – experience of Robot can be acceptable if candidates will be able to carry on activities for Robot with learning

• Good knowledge in FA products. (Especially for Robot at this time)

• Able to use various electrical measuring instruments.

(multi-meter, oscilloscope, etc)

• Good English skills for communicating/reporting/explanation/discussion.

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn new things.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong writing and conversation skills to prepare reports, and

communications skill with public and partners.

• High level orientation and commitment to customer service.

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
