Mô tả công việc:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Guest Relations team to ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Welcome and assist VIPs, returning guests, and important hotel guests with personalized service.
- Monitor guest arrivals and departures, anticipate guest needs, and ensure all requests and concerns are handled promptly.
- Lead daily briefings and guide the Guest Relations team to maintain professional service standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Ensure lobby presentation, guest assistance, and service quality meet hotel standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or management.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- At least 6 months experience in Guest Relation supervisor level.
- Good inter-personality skills, outgoing, and friendly.
- Strong in English communication skill and computer literate.
- Strong in supervisory, problem solving skills, and execution of work.
