Chi Tiết Công Việc

Communicate and assist Russian-speaking customers via multiple channels: in-person, phone, email, and social media
Provide consultation, answer inquiries, and support customers throughout service usage
Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients
Update and manage customer data in the system
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose service improvements
Support customer care activities and events when required

Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Languages, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
Proficiency in Russian (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
Previous experience in customer service, front office, or hospitality is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
Good command of English is an advantage
