Chi Tiết Công Việc

Record, monitor, and manage all accounting transactions, including internal revenues and expenses.
Prepare and review VAT declarations, tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT), and ensure timely submission in compliance with tax regulations.
Verify and process invoices, accounting documents, and ensure proper documentation in accordance with current laws.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal management reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
Manage accounts receivable and payable; monitor cash flow and debt status.
Perform general ledger accounting, including reconciliations and closing procedures.
Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct inventory checks and manage company assets.
Ensure all accounting records and financial operations comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Support audits, tax inspections, and work with external auditors/tax authorities when required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager and BOD.

Salary: up to 20 million VND/month + bonues.
Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance follow the Vietnamese Labor Law.
13th month salary.
