Chi Tiết Công Việc

Handle GA tasks including: order stationery, register entrance card, deliver courier, monitor safety devices, order drinking water…
Make shift roster/schedule for OS and CY (Container Yard) members every 2 week.
Control OS CY manpower daily, arrange OS schedule and overtime report and send to GA leader monthly.
Do and check shunting driver overtime data, arrange shunting driver overtime report and send to Billing team monthly.
Follow up building maintenance, follow up purchasing if have any request from department.
Other tasks assigned by CY Manager

University/college graduated, careful, honest, hard-working.
Faithful, can work under high pressure, can to work overtime
Planning skill and logical thinking are the top priority
At least 02 year working in related field especially in warehouse or logistics business
Experience in recruiting, manpower management is under consideration
Experience in working at big factory in industrial zone is a plus
Experience in merchandising/purchasing is a plus
Experience in building maintenance is a plus
