Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End & Back-End)

We are seeking a talented and proactive Full-Stack Engineer to join POPMART Vietnam under TG Group. This role will be responsible for leading technical development and maintenance of our QR-based queueing system, managing back-end services, and coordinating with third-party IT agencies. The ideal candidate will also act as a system support lead for internal POS, server, and operational tech issues.
Key Responsibilities:

1.System Development & Coordination

• Collaborate with third-party IT agency to develop and optimize POPMART’s QR queueing system.
• Act as internal lead for all system-side requests, ensuring deliverables align with TG & HQ expectations.
• Maintain front-end user interface and back-end data flow for internal queue management tools.

2.Infrastructure & Support

• Oversee server stability, domain & hosting management, data security and regular backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve internal issues related to POS systems, printer integration, and ERP tools.
• Work with local store teams to resolve technical incidents quickly and effectively.

3.Data & Reporting

• Integrate and maintain real-time dashboards and automated data reports from QR systems.
• Support sales, retail, and marketing teams with data queries and tracking reports.

1.Technical Skills

• Proficiency in both front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React or Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar).
• Experience with API integrations, database systems (MySQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Understanding of security best practices for user data & access control
• Familiar with POS systems, barcode scanners, and local tech integration in retail.

2. Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently & proactively.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• English communication is required (Vietnamese is a plus; Chinese is optional).

3. Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Full-Stack Engineer or Technical Lead
• Prior experience in retail or ticketing systems is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with system admin tools & user access control
• Previous projects integrating QR/booking/queue-based systems is a plus
