Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Manufacturing costing system (BOM, standard consumption, WIP, inventory) and analyze cost variances (Standard vs. Actual).
- Monitor and manage cash flow, prepare monthly forecasts, and control working capital.
- Develop and track budget & rolling forecasts, analyze Budget vs. Actual, and control costs.
- Review tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT), handle tax refunds, and work with tax authorities and auditors.
- Review accounting entries, reconcile data, and support preparation of financial statements and management reports (P&L, cash flow, cost analysis).
- Participate in improving financial and accounting processes, support ERP implementation, and build internal control systems.
- Guide and review the accounting team’s work and support the Finance Manager when required.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
- 3-4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in manufacturing costing (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, with experience in tax refund.
- Experience in cash flow management and budget planning.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, MISA/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and able to work independently.
