Finance Management Controller (Temporary Contract)

Main mission – scope Vietnam
Directly attached to the Finance director Asia but also business partner of the departments head to help in the decision making and in the understanding of the industrial performances. Assure the exactitude of the figures coming from the management control.
Main accountabilities and activities
•Participate to the approbation of the capex request (ROI calculation…)
•Implement reporting tools to ensure the smooth running of the company
•Assure of accuracy and exactitude of the data coming from the controlling
•Develop in close collaboration with operational managers their budgets
•Guarantee the reliability of the unit costs, the stock valorization and the gross margin each month. Definition and supervision of the analytical accounting
•Implement and adapt decision support system and management tools (dashboards, KPI and procedures)
•Determine areas for optimization and help operational managers to make savings
•Identify the gaps between forecast and actual in order to propose an improvement plan
•Make different analyzes in order to facilitate decision-making by operational managers and BOD
•Define process and best practices related to the industrial management control
•Develop and verify analytical procedures, participate in improving the information system

•Level of education: University Degree in Finance/Accounting.
•With strong knowledge/skills in : Different costing principles, knowing how to anticipate economic and financial consequences, management of budget deviations, appetite for IT and databases, developed spirit of synthesis and analysis
•Years of experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance, Audit field
•Language : Fluency in English (both writing and communication)
