Chi Tiết Công Việc

Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the Manager to communicate daily operations and hotel activities.
Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly; record all issues in the logbook for follow-up.
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures; ensure accuracy and security in all transactions.
Prepare daily cash flow and banking reports.
Establish and train staff in cash control and security procedures.
Handle irregular payments and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Supervise and maintain all service equipment in good condition.
Monitor guest facilities, service standards, and cleanliness.
Control stock levels and ensure adherence to security and safety procedures.
Assist in the creation of menus and wine lists in collaboration with the Chef and Manager.
Supervise banquets, functions, and outlet operations to ensure smooth execution.
Support manpower planning, scheduling, and staff performance evaluation.
Assist in preparing and managing the department budget and cost control.

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
Problem solving and training abilities.
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
