Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Digital Transformation Lead (Quality Systems, $1000, ID17730)

Develop and maintain quality management software systems
Digitalize quality control processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Address system-related issues within the factory’s QA function
Propose and implement solutions for process optimization (e.g., automation, paper reduction)
Lead a small team in executing smart factory digitalization projects
Coordinate and troubleshoot issues related to quality system data

Male/Female, under 37 years old
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in digital system development, preferably within manufacturing environments
Solid understanding of quality management systems and associated processes
Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and tools such as Power BI, Python, and VBA
Good command of English, capable of reporting and communicating effectively
