About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Droppii, you’ll drive full-funnel growth across Droppii Mall and Droppii Biz. From acquiring new users to converting and retaining them, you’ll lead performance marketing and lifecycle campaigns that fuel our mission to democratize e-commerce through social selling.
What You’ll Do
- Execute cost-efficient advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to activate new agents.
- Build and manage funnel tracking dashboards to identify drop-off points and optimize weekly.
- Apply behavioral segmentation to enhance targeting and improve budget allocation.
- Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage leads who have not completed onboarding.
- Forecast media budgets required to scale the number of active agents.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience running multi-channel ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), preferably in e-commerce, performance marketing, or B2B2C.
- Strong skills in ad data analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Appsflyer, Metabase is a plus.
- Logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
