Mô tả công việc:

  • Handle confidential patient information responsibly and securely
  • Perform daily tasks: data entry, billing, claims processing, AR follow-up & documentation
  • Adhere to internal data security, confidentiality, and access control standards
  • Identify and report any potential privacy or data-protection concerns
  • Participate in mandatory compliance and security training
  • Use approved healthcare systems and tools accurately
  • Maintain strong accuracy when handling US patient records
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and US-based clients

Yêu cầu công việc:

Required Skills (Fresher)

  • Good English communication skills
  • At least a high school graduate
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive data appropriately
  • Willingness to learn healthcare workflows and compliance procedures
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, typing)
  • Freshers or up to 2-year experience in healthcare/Any voice BPO preferred

Equipment Requirements

  • Laptop/PC
  • External keyboard
  • Stable high-speed internet

Nice to Have

  • Any US voice or telecom experience is a plus

Compliance or healthcare process certification is an added advantage, but NOT required
