Mô tả công việc:
- Perform and handle daily operational export and import duties of ocean and airfreight shipments of MP Logistics.
- Responsible for the shipment coordination between shippers, customers and carriers and shipping lines.
- Ensure that each shipment is followed up correctly from receiving the booking up to invoicing of the customer.
- Handling of documentation for export and import shipments for both ocean and airfreight.
- Provide Customer Service communication activities per mail or phone between all relevant involved parties.
- Create and maintain shipment data on MP Logistics TMS.
- Ensure that operational activities are in line and compliance with MP Logistics company policy
- Follow up with payments for all relevant parties for both receivables and payables will be done in a timely manner.
- Report directly to line manager for any irregularity.
- Report the task and performance on a weekly as well as monthly basis to management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by MP Logistics management.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- University Graduate majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade or Business Administration is required
- Knowledge of the ocean and air freight market
- Good communication skills
- Motivated with a good customer service attitude
- Chinese communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with any TMS is a pre
