Directly handle complex customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Clarify customer concerns, analyze root causes, and resolve issues effectively or follow the appropriate escalation process when necessary.
Provide suitable service recovery solutions to enhance customer experience and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Take full ownership and responsibility for customer interactions, consistently delivering a “Wow” Customer Service experience.
Proactively propose ideas and initiatives to improve operational processes and daily tasks.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and quickly adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Maintain an appropriate balance between company policies and customer benefits in decision-making.
Effectively manage personal backlog and ensure performance meets required KPIs, including Productivity, CQM, SLA, and related metrics.

Final-year students or fresh graduates from relevant fields.
Proficient in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills; thoughtful, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work under pressure and manage complex customer situations.
Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
