Customer and Operations Coordinator

• Respond to in-bound customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Cultivate customer relationships through daily outbound calls.
• Maintain customer contact information in company electronic Rolodex.
• Create and effectively manage customer quotes and orders.
• Organize and prioritize customer orders.
• Ensure proper workflow processes are followed and meet all promised deadlines.
• Work with outside sales team to coordinate effective solutions for customers.
• Coordinate with purchasing/vendor for parts and sales for deliveries.
• Manage, plan & execute scope of work as per work order/repair order.
• Develop & maintain schedules for shop production efficiency.
• Ensure proper workflow process and meet all promised deadlines.
• Follow up on production to determine job status.
• Ensure all work done and completed with quality and in accordance with the Maintenance Manual.
• Send quotations to customers for external vendor work, rebill core repairs and approve quotes/fund repair orders at vendors with oversight from Asset Mgr.
• Track OTD from vendor for repair work.
• Investigate and resolve disputes, defects and warranty work with vendors.
• Assess inventory tagged on shelf and what needs to be sent to vendors or into shop for sales stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing industry.
• University degree (Majored in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or other related field).
• Understand and be able to use ERP system.
• Must be fluent in English.
