Chi Tiết Công Việc

Conduct onboarding training for new collection staff (Desk and Field Collection)
Deliver refreshment training on collection processes, scripts, compliance, and soft skills
Update Training material based on process changes or QC findings
Provide regular feedback to Team Leaders for coaching
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Coordinate with Product and Internal Tool teams to enhance training materials and training program

Have strong interest in financial technology industries, especially in Collection
Very good Presentation Skill
Good writing skills
Excellent Communication
Strong Analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-suite (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Effective coaching, facilitation, and team building skills
Speak fluent in Vietnamese, English is mandatory
Should be experienced in creating training materials for various topics (new updates / feedbacks / refreshment / process & policy content, etc.)
